Fitness life style has been part of my life for many years, I’ve had played lots of sports before becoming a professional athlete. Soccer and capoeira (Brazilian martial art) were the ones that I loved the most until I met the gym. at the age of 16 I signed up for my very first membership at fitness gym ever and I felt in love and still since then. I’ve always admired bodybuilders from magazines and inside me I had the dream to one day become one of them but at the time to get in-shape as them I thought it would be impossible for me. Years went by and I kept doing whatI like it actually became my hobby to go everyday to the gym, years later people started to ask me if I was an athlete because they see me everyday focused training at the gym. After many question I stared to have the same thoughts I have at the beginning at age 16 but I couldn’t accept it was for me and in November 2015 with the help of my coach I decided to compete and in April 2016 I stepped on stage for the first time competing for the WBFF placing 2nd and winning my pro card. After competing the fitness life style wasn’t my hobby anymore it became my passion it transformed my mind for the good I started to believe in myself and think positively and confidently in every situation of my life. After my pro card I decided to increase my knowledge in fitness and training becoming a certified personal trainer. My goal is to help you achieve your goals either if you want to lose weight, gain muscle or just want to have an active life style. I want to show you that anything is possible and you can achieve anything you want.
